Your details, plainly

This notice is from Liozuvyeni (“we”, “us”). Liozuvyeni decides how your details are used. Write to us about anything on this page at casting@liozuvyeni.com.

When you apply to model, the card sends us:

• your name, phone number, email address and city;
• your date of birth, so we can check you are 18 or over;
• your height, bust, waist and hip measurements, and your modelling experience;
• two or three photographs you choose.

You tick a line confirming you are 18 or over, that the photographs are your own, and that we may contact you about casting. That is the consent we rely on. We only use these details to consider you for shoots and to contact you about casting.

Your card is not stored on this website. It is sent by email, with the photographs attached, to our casting inbox, which holds the only copy. The email is sent through Resend, an email service that handles it on our behalf; it may pass through servers outside India.

Only our casting team sees your card. We show it to a client brand only if you agree first. We never publish the photographs you send, and we never use your pictures to make or train AI images of you.

We check a government photo ID before anyone is booked. To pay you we need bank details in your own name, and your PAN where Indian law requires us to deduct tax at source. We ask for these only after you hold a signed booking letter, never by WhatsApp or Instagram message, and keep them for as long as tax and accounting law requires.

If you send a sales enquiry, the details you type into the form are emailed to our sales inbox the same way, and used only to answer you.

We keep a casting card while we are considering you for shoots, and delete it when you ask us to or when we no longer need it for casting. We keep booking and payment records for as long as the law requires.

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, withdraw your consent at any time, and name someone to act for you if you cannot. Write to casting@liozuvyeni.com from the address you applied with.

If you are not happy with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

We do not accept cards from anyone under 18. The card checks your date of birth before it is sent.

This website uses Google's advertising tag to measure whether our Google Ads lead to enquiries, and Vercel Web Analytics to count visits. Google may set cookies for this. Visitors in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom and Switzerland start with advertising and analytics storage switched off.

If we change this notice, we update this page and the date below.
